Ludmila leads a ministry entitled “HaTikvah”; in Hebrew it means, “hope for aliyah” (returning to the land of Israel). For several years, she and her small team of co-laborers have been fulfilling the prophetic word from Jeremiah 16:15-16.
"'As surely as the LORD lives, who brought the Israelites up from the land of the NORTH out of all the countries where he had banished them.'" For I will restore them to the land I gave their forefathers. ' But now I will send for many fishermen,' declares the LORD, 'and they will catch them.'"
They travel to remote villages in Siberia, “fishing” - finding the Jewish people, helping them understand that even though 70 years of communism had denied them of their religious roots, God had a plan to return them to their homeland of Israel. Through months of counseling, helping them to acquire passports and the necessary documents, they assist thousands of forgotten Jews to make “aliyah” to Israel.
The HaTikvah ministry team consists of TMCJ Irkutsk dancers trained in original Israeli folk dance, and anointed vocalists and musicians. Together they bring a release of the Lord’s presence in concerts especially designed to share the culture of Israel. Many of the Jewish attendants weep with joy as they join in praising the Lord with singing and dancing!
In addition to training the dancers for her concert outreaches, TMCJ has also had the privilege of providing costuming, banners, musical instruments and funding to assist Ludmila in her prophetic calling.
There are almost 100,000 Russian Jews who have made aliyah to Israel. TMCJ is blessed to partner with “HaTikvah”, playing a major role in this historical mass exodus from the land of the North.
