Kathmandu, Nepal
Working with a missionary and professional film maker, TMCJ International, in cooperation with TMCJ Nepal, is creating an updated version of the film “Crown Of Thorns” (TMCJ Nepal's version of
The Story) which will specifically address the Hindu religious worldview that embraces millions of gods and goddesses, with the indisputable testimony that Jesus Christ is the one and only Son of God, Redeemer, and Savior of the world! In keeping with the rich Indian and Nepali cultures, it will also include broader music and dance segments.

HISTORY of TMCJ NEPAL
In November 2000 a TMCJ training team traveled to Nepal, where 90% of the people worship Hindu gods numbering over 3 million. In the capital city of Kathmandu, we trained a team of 12 Nepalis to perform The Story, which they entitled "The Crown of Thorns."
Because of the desire of this team to continue on, we opened a full-time office in Kathmandu, with a director who would oversee the team and process all the invitations they were receiving. TMCJ Nepal director Karmu was raised in a tribal mountain home where her father was the village Buddhist priest. After her conversion to Christianity, she was rejected by her family and moved to Kathmandu, where the Lord confirmed her decision to join TMCJ full-time. Since then, TMCJ Nepal has done many outreaches in their own country, as well as in North India. Karmu and her team have trained other teams to perform "The Crown of Thorns", and have also filmed the production.
